Luiz Carlos Trabuco, the currently sitting president of Bradesco Bank, has served the bank as CEO. He was elected by the executive board to assume the president roles before the institution settles on the next leader. The nominated president in an interview highlighted the changes of the board of directors in the organization.
Bradesco respects its tradition of selecting a name within its painting. The future president of the entity is one of the seven serving vice presidents of the bank. The firm announced that Lázaro Brandão had resigned from the board of director’s presidency. Brandão has worked in Bradesco for over seven decades, and Trabuco will be replacing him ahead of the entity board.
Luiz Carlos successor for the vice presidency vacancy already identified Carlos Alberto who served the institution for his 13 years of age. Bradesco is a complex institution with more segmented organizations. However, the nominated president will hold the two position until the first board meeting in March. After the meeting, he will relinquish one of the post as the bank regulations does not approve of any executive to occupy two positions concurrently.
Trabuco confirms that Brazilian banks have a remarkable corporate governance due to the succession tradition. Bradesco board is expected to issue details of the incoming president to the central bank in 30 days before the council meeting in March.

The nominated president will lead the bank until at the age of 65 years. The outgoing president Mr. Brandão, who has been in the position for 27 years made the changes. Mr. Trabuco has led the bank as the vice president and has had reach work at the bank. He has contributed significantly in the rebuilding of the country.
A transition of the presidency of the council to Luiz is a sovereign act. The extension was ideally to retain the HSBC corporation process procured by Bradesco in 2015.
